Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Fabloom ("Service", "we"). By using Fabloom you agree to these Terms.

1. Age Requirement & Parental Consent

• Only a parent/guardian aged 18+ may create a Fabloom account.
• Child profiles are created and managed exclusively by the parent.
• Purchase flows, external links, and parent-only actions such as account deletion are protected by a Parental Gate so a child cannot access them by accident.

2. Account

• Accounts are created via Apple Sign In.
• Account security is your responsibility.
• You must not share your account with others.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are purchased through the App Store and billed by Apple.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel via iPhone/iPad → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free trial: A 7-day free trial may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected plan will be charged.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store.
• Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Even after account deletion, an active subscription must be cancelled separately in Apple's Subscriptions menu.

4. Scope of the Service

• An internet connection is required to download and stream content; downloaded books can be listened to offline.
• The content catalog may change over time — new books may be added, and existing books may be updated or removed.
• A Premium subscription grants access to the Premium catalog for the duration of the subscription; it does not grant permanent ownership of content.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not download and redistribute, copy, or sell our content.
• You may not reverse-engineer the app.
• You agree not to engage in any action that could harm the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Fabloom app, content, audio recordings, illustrations, and all text are the intellectual property of Fabloom or its licensors. You are granted a limited license for in-app personal listening only.

7. User Content

Fabloom does not permit users to upload content. Only content provided by us is available.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fabloom does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app: Settings → Delete My Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account and all associated data (see the Privacy Policy for details).

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
